Finally I get it. I have watched so many of your videos Conor. (I sure wish I could slow down these shorts though.)
I had been mixing it up. Now I get it: my R hip forward means standing on the L, shorter, leg.
Turns out my R hip has terrific INTernal rotation and really bad EXTernal rotation. The 4 and butterfly exercises tweak that knee so I cant do them (pain means bad).
Now what's next for me? (big thanks)

I have a definite right BC pattern, and even hip flexion indicates left aic, but my left hip IR is better than right, and right hip ER is better than left. I have flat feet, but when the arch is flexed, the right arch is lower than the left. I have had a labrum tear and a failed repair of my right hip, I'm wondering if the ER on that side is from the hip dysplasia from that
