Kid's only 25. I believe all his flaws can be polished up at least, especially in NY where the assistant coach and head coach have a good history of working well together. RJ has developed nicely and I think this kid has a similar mindset like RJ. He wants to learn and keep getting better. Otherwise he wouldn't be improving as much as he has every year
