I'm a guy and I have a silky straight hair. I have an androgynous face so people sometimes mistake me for a girl. Since I'm asian I typically get the Levi hairstyle or Kpop hairstyle and if I fix my hair, I do a Two-Block or a Side-Part.

I have super pin straight, silky but finer hair, and I found you basically you have to find a Barber/Stylist etc who will not razor or feather the ends to avoid that wispy look that makes your hair appear flat, cos that basically seems to take away the volume. They just cut it more blunt, but sorta work on the edges so they're not all one length as such, and that keeps volume. I guess most Barber/Stylists don't like to leave the ends so blunt, as they don't want you to leave with your hair looking 'Bowl-ish'.

I have the silky hair type and it often looks flat, always get Justin Beiber (I don't want that) hair comments. Worst part is for some reason I can only comb my hair to the right side, which is super annoying and doesn't give me a ton of styling options.

The video is extremely helpful and true. And secondly, guys try not to have your hair strands over your eyes, you might get a lazy eye which leads to double vision.

I have hair exactly like this, i know many hairstyles that'll look good with this but most are with long hair. Problem is that schools here don't allow you to grow your hair longer than 3-4 inches

Yup my hair is long and as straight as a pin it's thinner on the sides than the back always parted in the middle my sister always teases me that I look like Cher only I say she had her noise done to look like me 😅😅Anyway thanks for the good advice. I wish you could cut & layer my hair these hair dressers here in WA state are terrible. I love your long layered haircuts!👍😊

Hi. I have fine silky medium-long hair (like 5ish inches maybe. I like to part it down the middle and then raise up the front and sides so that my hair isn’t pressed to my head. Basically, I wet it, brush it all back, part it to the sides, and then add volume with product and heat. Here’s where the problem is: I can’t find a product that keeps my hair voluminous. It looks fantastic for like maybe 20 minutes before it’s collapsing and pressing itself against my head and makes me look like a mop. I’ve tried extra hold gels and hairsprays to try and keep the sides up. They don’t help at all. I really like how I look when my hair *is* lifted up so I really want to find some kind of product that works. What would you suggest? Thanks.

who may struggle with flat hair always falling on eyes, just change your shampoo to a thickening shampoo who make your hair thick with volume, most shampoo are making your hair is too soft, so you gotta choose wisely
