I believe this data has direct correlation to the population of the country. Simply taking the ratio of getting accepted to number of applicants might indicate how difficult an exam is, but it's surely not a good measure

For those who are Wondering why NEET is not there in that
NEET sirf MBBS degree ke liye nahi hain balki BDS, BAMS, BUMS etc ke liye bhi hain. Is prakar se uska acceptance rate jyada hain.

Agar sirf MBBS ke liye dekhoge
Govt. Seats - 80000 (approx)

Toh 4% hain

Jabki AIIMS ka acceptance rate
0.1% hain
2000 seats (approx)

Seats in IIT = 17000(approx)

Par agar toughness ki baat kar rahe ho toh no doubt

In jee exam, jee mains is for nits and iiits where as jee advanced is for iits. Other than that cet exams held in each state for government engineering colleges. But for neet, selection in aiims is even harder and ratio is lower than jee. But neet include admission procedure for other government colleges, it is not included in toughest. But it is....

Back in 2004 Indian Medical Entrance exam was known as AIPMT..with only 1500 seats..3.75 to 4 Lac students used to give it..acceptance rate of around 0.003-0.004% rate..
