The way it stops licking and just stares, is so chilling, looks like a zombies eyes from any movie, where the character switches before your eyes, just nothing behind them

I really hope you thoroughly cleaned that door, and took strong safety precautions when doing so. Rabies is transmitted through saliva, so that door is probably *covered* in it.

You can just see the lack of... soul in his eyes when he stares at the camera.
Sure he stares kinda like a fox would but the eyes are far too gone to look even remotely similar to what they normally would, like a zombie in those zombie movies they stare pretty much the same.

As someone from the Netherlands, I am so glad we don't have a lot of rabies here. A lot of people don't even know what it is, but when I went to Spain and saw a dog acting weird and biting things, I was definitely on high alert.

It's upsetting to see animals with rabies but it's good to look for signs of it to keep yourself and especially pets safe. It's like looking at a Cerberus hound from Resident Evil. It's scary and sad at the same time to see an animal lose its mind and act in such a strange and unsettling way.

This is so terrifying yet so heartbreaking at the same time. What Rabies does to the brain is horrible. I can't even imagine how it must've made him feel. I think it's always best to notify your local wildlife centre if you encounter a rabid individual. You'd be saving so many other wildlife, pets, and people from such torment. All it takes is one bite. You don't want a stray kitty getting infected and then infecting companion cats, dogs, or their people. Keep your environment, your pets, and yourselves safe.

Hard to tell since the most well identifiable trait of rabies is the foaming of the mouth. But none the less it’s best to assume the worst and stay safe. One thing is for certain and that’s there’s something definitely wrong with it since foxes are usually very shy animals; the whole biting of the window along with the clouded eyes raises serious concerns. Hopefully it passed away swiftly.
