In this video, I'm taking you to Lola Helen's Panciteria, one of the local food institutions I missed the most. Their Pansit Con Lechon is the tastiest and the best for me which is why it's a staple in our household. You don't wanna miss this series!♥

What a creative idea ! Cook the crispy lechon separately, the noodles in another wok, present them together in a festive platter or rather bilao of mouthwatering deliciousnes nobody can resist. They have the winning recipe.
