Im mexican and never in my life have seen a corn salad 😅 i wonder if its from other states, bc fun fact, the way we cook can vary a lot from state to state! Even if it’s supposed to be the same thing. You should try chilaquiles, pozole and our different type of tacos.. haha carnitas, barbacoa, tacos de canasta, we have a lot!

1. The guacamole looked good.
2. Never had/seen any corn salad like that. Pretty sure that was made up, but it looked good, tho.
3. We never put butter like that on our street corn. The easy way is just mayo, cheese, salt and lime juice.
4. You'll hardly ever find chicken street tacos. The common thing is pork. And we never season the meat with cilantro or chopped onions. You could blend garlic with the spices and some hydrated dried chiles as well as the juice.
