🌙 Suhoor (Sehri)

✅ Best Pakistani Suhoor Choices:
1. Chana (Boiled or in curry form) – high in fiber, stabilizes insulin
2. Anda (Eggs any style – boiled, desi omelet, scrambled) – protein to keep you full
3. Paratha (Whole wheat or besan-based, cooked with minimal oil) – better than white flour options
4. Daliya (Desi-style oatmeal with flaxseeds, chia, and nuts) – great for digestion & hormones
5. Halim (without excess oil) – slow-digesting, keeps you full longer

🍵 Drink:
✅ Spearmint tea (reduces androgens, helps acne)
✅ Turmeric & cinnamon-infused water (reduces inflammation)
