Percutaneous Nephrolithotomy is one of the main treatment modalities of complex renal stones. The evolution of the technique introduced the simultaneous ureteroscopy that aims to reduce the number of percutaneous tracts, thus the invasivity, reduce operative time and improve stone clearance.
