Trial for the man accused of killing 4 U of I students is moving to Boise

Earlier this week the judge presiding over the case granted a motion by the defense for a change of venue. The Defense presented evidence they say shows it would be impossible for Kohberger to get a fair trial in Latah County due to the amount of media attention the case has received.
The Judge agreed and issued a ruling that the trial is to be moved to a different district, though he left where and who would preside over the trial up to the Idaho Supreme Court.
The Supreme Court has issued a ruling, assigning Judge Hippler to preside over the trial and moved jurisdiction to Ada County.
