so i have been samsung user for almost 7 years now but i feel like customer service just sucks, i tried contact your helpline but no one picked up the phone, i tried live chat and they were no help at all it was more like i am talking to a bot which is sending me already saved messages again and again, which makes me kind of switch to another phone, i have a71 bought in mid feb its GPU is lagging, i have compared it with another a71 and performance difference from benchmark is alot, so its advertised as gaming phone but its stuck at simple apps? so it is false advertising?
