Kamala Harris and Donald Trump debate to go ahead despite battle over rules

Former US president Donald Trump has confirmed he will debate Vice President Kamala Harris on September 10.

It comes after the two candidates clashed over the details of their upcoming presidential debate as the Democrat nominee’s team swooped in to try to switch up the rules.

Mr Trump on Tuesday posted to Truth Social that he had reached an “agreement with the radical left Democrats” for a debate with “Comrade Kamala Harris” on ABC News.
