How to play ROBLOX VR on the PICO 4 VR Headset!

Guys, I recently got my hands on the PICO 4 all in one VR headset. Truth be told, its a great peice of kit and as I played around with it i realised that my most popular quest 2 video is a how to play Roblox VR on the quest 2, So it only seems logical that those using the Pico could benefit from a tutorial on how to play Roblox on the PICO 4 all in one VR headset. So thats what we are doing right now.

So what you need is A Pico 4 headset (Now that's what ill be using for this tutorial but this will probably work with other Pico headsets)

A PC capable of meeting the specs of PICO LINK

A USB 3.0 CABLE

STEAM VR

So first up on your PC you must download the Pico streaming application. you can do this by going down in the description, clicking the link and installing in to your computer.

Now plug your Pico headset into your PC using your cable and make sure the headset is fully updated. Now go to the streaming assistant app on your headset then launch the streaming assistant app on your pc.
On your pc make sure you select the connection mode as USB and select continue. Then on your headset on the streaming app you should see your pc listed under available devices. Click connect and steam VR will launch and you'll be connected to your PC. Now head over to the roblox website and find a vr game you want to play and click the green play button. If its your first time clicking it then it may ask to install the Roblox software, if it does click ok and continue. But once that's done click the green play button again on any VR game and then the game should launch with full VR support! But is something not working? If not these are things you can try! Restart your pc and pico headset and reload the applications. Load onto the roblox vr website and then click the green play button at exactly the same time as clicking connect on the headset streaming application. Keep trying!, i had one or two issue that seemed to work itself out

For the people here after the new roblox update, for most vr games now you have to go to the roblox settings and make vr on then restart your roblox game

Roblox vr works for me but when I load into a Roblox game I can't use any controls the steam vr layout changes in to the meta quest one and my controllers get I identified as a meta quest 2 controller

I can connect to the game Just fine. Moving my head and hands isnt an issue but i cannot move around using the controller nor click on anything. I guessed it was a Roblox issue since they do not support the Pico 4 but you seemed to move just fine... is there a way to fix this or do I just need to wait for the developers to add a feature for PCVR (pico 4)?

Hi, do I need to use a cabled connection? I can connect and roblox launches and all but when I get in none of my buttons work properly, or rather more specifically, none of the binds are set properly. Is there a fix for this?

So, I can connect with Roblox and I can play/move/interact. But the controls AND the Interface suck. I cant chat, I stop walking randomly and it just sucks.

At the moment, you will have to persuade the Roblox developers to fix the errors for Pico 4, or you won’t fix it yourself.

Roblox doesnt launch for me in vr at all, like in task manager its in the background tasks, if i shut down steamvr, launch roblox and then steamvr then upon joining a place it crashes
