Creamation IS NOT A SIN. Jesus Christ never said anything about it being a sin. Plus their are ppl out there that just CANNOT afford a beriuail, like myself, who are disabled and are on benefits.

Ash is dust & dust is ash, poor people who die in Mashiach Ya'yshuah who cant afford to be bodily buried & are therefore cremated will never be turned away into hell. The problem today is that all nations are not governed by the laws of Israel but by the governments of this world. What Church Denomination will buy a poor member a piece of ground & pay for their coffin when they pass from this world? If you know of even just one rich pastor who pays for burying the poor in his congregation - then you have found one who is as scarce as the dinasaur. ❤

I have a question, is priests allowed to attending funeral and performing the last rights for the dead person, because in the time of moses he was not allowed to burie, even jesus didn't either, jesus he just raised the dead, so now days our priests do that and even praying for that dead body, please can you please help me to understand that, thanks

Nonsense. If someone can’t afford massive funeral costs, they’re sinning? Or, if someone is burned to death, that’s somehow impossible for God to handle in the end times? Why are you spreading legalism? Ask yourself that, because legalism is a sin.

I've watched quite a videos regarding this topic, and nowhere do I find a direct reference to it. So I land with 'What would Jesus do?' Well, Jesus was buried, not cremated. So buried I will be.

There’s no sin in cremation. There aren’t any more plots in my family’s area in the cemetery. I do go visit my parents every year since they were both interred there but I told my kids that whoever has a backyard can just buy a tree and put my ashes under the tree. I think it’d be nice if people were buried that way and cemeteries were more like beautiful parks and everyone has their own tree and there are ponds and little bridges and such. You can hike through and commune with your loved ones and nature. Maybe one day there will be an alternative choice for such a thing.

I just find it sad to think of fire consuming the body of a loved one. I can’t get beyond the idea that to burn a body of a loved one is a horrible form of disrespect for them. Also dispersing ashes over different places again seems to show deep disrespect for the body created as a whole.

Have you seen the average cost of a burial? At least $12, 000!! Many people cant afford that.
If my stand-alone-faith in the finished work of Jesus Christ on the cross isnt going to save me then I am doomed.

Cremation is not a sin, in fact the only time Cremation became something to sin about is if it was linked to Pagan Worship. If you are a Christian and Cremation is the only choice for a follower of Christ and the ashes will be in a Christian Cemetery, then this is all God would ever wanted. The soul of a man or woman will remain in the ashes and left up to the Lord for judgment. For Jesus "Death is the End". No more chance to repent, for judgement comes next. Jesus is not stating the human, flesh body will raise. Jesus/God/Holy Sprit are all Spiritual and as such the spirit in the human body belongs to God fully. Its the spirit which was bonded to the body, the body which tainted to spirit. Ig the body is good, the spirit remains good and as such.. cremation or not, the spirit can't be destroyed but only by God.
