I really enjoyed his scenes, they were very intense. The actor is doing a great job portraying Aegon's sadness and rage.

The difference between Rhaenyra and Alicent is that Rhaenyra loved her children while Alicent did not, in S2 E2 Alicent had the opportunity to comfort Aegon but she did nothing

This made me feel bad for aegon no one comforted him since he lost his son. He loved his son and cared for him he wanted to give him the father he couldn’t have poor innocent soul. But also it made me feel bad for Helaena she was a victim of a murder and she kept her son too I think the only people that brought he joy was her children since no one would listen to her and she became depressed after her sons death

I never thought that I will hate Allicent more after this scene, she doesn't even know how to be a mother, turns her back from her crying son, did not even console her son who is grieving and she even have the audacity to whore around with the fact that all her childrens are in a sad state. Aegon and Helaena grieving for the death of their son and Aemond who is regreting his impulsive actions towards the death of Luke.

In season one, I wasn’t sure why they picked this actor for Egon, but the first two episodes of this season. He is a phenomenal actor and I find myself sympathizing with him even though I’m team, black humor, and grief and anger, and the way he portrays it is phenomenal.

This episode really highlighted Alicent as a mother. All of her children (except Daeron but for obvious reasons) are grieving and she’s out there with Cole 😭

They're the only two here that can actually understand the pain of what they lost. Alicent acts like she's sad, but she cares more about her affair being found out. Otto is just a joke all around, using their grief as a foothold.
