I don't get it. If it's KYC, what good is it? You can send fiat fast with Google Pay and PayPal, too. Decentralized peer-to-peer is the only thing that that differentiates BTC from fiat. Joining KYC exchanges defeats the whole purpose of what Bitcoin was meant to be.

Any idea what’s happening with strike in Texas? As a new user, I am having trouble setting up an account. Strike says they are currently updating their identity verification provider but didn’t give a timeline as to when it will be done. Any info would be appreciated :)

Hi there! I’ve reached out to Strike Support but thought I’d ask here as well. Two quick questions re Strike: 1) When I made account, it didn’t request full verification. is there a way to initiate full verification (to increase limits)? 2) Is there a hold on withdrawal of BTC to a hard wallet (purchased this morning using bank ACH but no option to withdraw BTC on the BTC tab - assume there is some holding period depending on how you purchase)? Thanks!
