That's why he's there because he had 30 years hanging over his head. Now, since then, he has said that he was double crossed by the U.S. Attorney. And he said, 'I wasn't actually even guilty of those tax charges. I just agreed to them because I needed to.'

Well, so according to him, everything he's admitted to, he didn't do, apart from this.

Yep.

And so it's so easy for defense to just drive a truck through him. So he is a problem. Now, I know he's got some recordings. I know there may be some documents, but there's such a high bar for them to clear.

If he is their evidence, they're in trouble. So I just want to note that as well.
