Philippe Clement spoke to RangersTV following tonight's UEFA Champions League Third Round Qualifier against Dynamo Kyiv

We're in a really poor state at the moment. Off the pitch we are totally directionless with non-football people taking the club backwards, our stadium is a mess, we owe about £6m to Hummel, are in around £10m of losses and have a ridicilously over-inflated wage bill.

On the pitch we have no identity or style of play whatsoever. We have 11 individual players sent out each week in the hope they're better than the opposition's 11. The manager has recruited a couple of alright players but there's no system to bed them into and so they just look the same as everyone else lost and leaderless. We have a spineless captain entering his 10th year and the last year of his contract where he'll then go for nothing and he's offering nothing to the squad in every game. We're paying the wages of 2 attacking, creative midfielders in Cantwell and Hagi who are sitting at home doing nothing while we are desperately crying out for a creative midfield. The manager said we would get a grip of the injury situation which was becoming a farce and now a couple weeks into the season we have Cortes injured (again) and now Yilmaz injured (again) with next to no squad depth to cover their positions at all let alone squad depth with actual quality. We're then handing out contract extensions to a manager whose team bottled the league and Scottish cup last season and who has been in the door for nearly a year without having laid a glove on what was an average Celtic team last season and he hasn't established any kind of system or identity to the play.

Totally demoralised with the whole club from top to bottom right now and I'm seeing absolutely nothing positive on the horizon at all...

I like big Phil but be should have subbed off Jefte on his yellow. Dinamo were good at playing dead every few minutes. You could see it coming. Maybe Phil doesn't have quality to put on to replace Jefte.

Aye the Ref was criminal, but our squad is criminal, the board are criminal, this whole club is falling apart, we need to move on Tav wright Matondo souttar Lawrence Davies Dessers Danilo Dowel, Ross is lucky to be a squad player and that’s just a start, yilmaz and Cortes are a serious worry, PC teams and subs?? This is Pedro years stuff.

Jefte should have been subbed he was going to get another yellow -bad decision to keep him on -albeit a very bad decision from ref but when we pressed we need to score goals guys -this team were there for the beating every other day and twice on a Sunday.

The ref ruined the game. But questions remain. Why tf does Lawrence continue to start games? Why wasn't he subbed off earlier? He offers the absolute minimum, dessers dropping back to mid to cover for him, THAT is how little he does. Get rid of him, get hagi back in the team.

The referee may have been wrong but it happened, but the players that had been booked should not have been put on in the second half the way that the refereeing had gone. The manager should known this and not gambled. The refereeing was terrible & the acting by our opposition was disgraceful. We fell foul of it hard lesson.

The club is stagnant and going nowhere look towards many years of No glory no passion no heart no drive no idea .. no trophy’s no money no success very disappointed over the past years I just don’t watch anymore

It was an awful decision to send him off but considering how he was playing it was a worse decision to send him out for the second half as a booking wasn’t far away
