It’s not a reference. Sam Haft writes songs for both Hazbin and The Living Tombstone. It’s only natural that his style of song structure overlaps. He has a very recognizable sound.

It's not a FNaF reference but it's just that the music writer of the FNaF song (Sam Haft) also writes a lot of music for Helluva Boss and Hazbin Hotel, including that song.
