United have unsuccessfully tried to build their club around Rashford under Van Gaal, Mourinho, Ole, Rangnick, and now Ten Hag. United would literally be on their 6th manager trying to pigeonhole Rashford into the side and building the team around him. It’s absolute insanity to keep doing this again and again just because he’s a local lad with "commercial value." In all seriousness, why sack Ten Hag if the club is going to continue insisting that the next manager force Rashford into the starting lineup? Pulling out of the challenge with Van de Ven on the first goal was disgraceful and I’m completely over Rashford.

What a shame. Said it last year, as long as Bruno and Rashford are starting, the team wont change. Never will be consistent. If Ten Hag suffered 3 defeats in his first 10 games in charge of Man United, I would say he needed time. However, in his 3rd season in charge, and after spending 600 million on players, he has to be shown the door! Any fan who believes he needs to be given much time, doesn’t wish good for this club. We all rooted for Ten Hag and desperately wanted him to succeed, but it’s now quite clear that we gambled with the wrong manager.

Ten Hag should’ve been gone when we crashed out of that charity UCL group last season. Our club has dropped its standards and expectations drastically, Real Madrid for instance wouldn’t hesitate to make the change and that policy has served them well, no matter what anyone says.

Furthermore, INEOS bottled it when it came to making the change despite the FA Cup win. Van Gaal got sacked for far less and having won the FA Cup as his farewell, Ten Hag needed the same treatment, instead he got to buy more average players that the next manager will be lumbered with.

Just because the last 3 managers have failed it doesn’t mean you should stick with a manager who is clearly not up to the job. The Sir Alex Ferguson days are gone. You don’t get 6 years anymore. Also Sir Alex was building something and the club knew it. That’s why they stuck by him. 10hag is not Sir Alex.
Things will change and they will change quickly when we get the right manager in.
