In this daily bread short, we discuss how Jesus called some within the church in Sardis worthy. They were washed in His blood and carried His name, not their own name. Jesus Christ made them worthy by His own blood and confesses their names to the Father and His angels. He does the same for us who believe. Jesus Christ is worthy in the sight of God because He laid down His life so that we could be saved and brought near to God.
