OK, All of you Very, Very Smart "TECHNOLOGY" experts: Please tell me/us normal "techies & Star Trekies" how we "stop/Avoid "SKYNET & Terminator"?? A few months ago, I was at a "Tech./I.T. Round Table" and our main Guest Speaker was the Head of The Security & Technology systems at McCarran International Airport, in Las Vegas. There were even A.I. persons from Washington, DC and Federal Government Contractors for "I.T. and A.I.". so, After We listened to the Guest Speaker's presentation, and his stating that the Airport(s) are looking to Put "INTERNATIONAL AIRPORTS SECURITY SYSTEMS" all into the Clouds and then apply A.I. tho them....MY "smart Alec" (there are no Stupid Questions=MY Stupid Question) Question was: ssooo, please tell me how do you Very smart "Tech People" stop "SKYNET & TERMINATOR". They all looked at me, puzzled. so I asked: "Do any of you even know "who.what owns the Cloud?" and why would we "put the International Airports' Security and Operational Systems into that Cloud, and have no idea who owns ans controls the cloud and partner that with A.I. and allow "SKYNET and TERMINATOR" to just Take over??? They all 1st of all: NONE of them Knew who Owned(s) and Controls the Cloud and None of them seems to Truly Understand how putting A.I. with the Cloud, could totally take men/women controls "out of it all"!...finally after a little debates, they could not answer my questions and "GREED & Laughter" as they Stated; "well, we just want our share of the money and we can see your points, Terry, but; we don't care, we may not be here, but we will enjoy the Big money contracts, for HOW could a "tiny Retired Master Auto Technician/Mechanic=Me, "STUMP" all those "Tech/I.T./A.I." experts??? BUT, Somebody Had Better "FIGURE IT OUT!", because "US" little "Mechanics" have known about "Integrated=The Short term memory of Mechanical and robotics and machines & Block Learn= the Long term Memories of the same industries and what makes "SELF-DRIVING" VEHICLES EVEN POSSIBLE, WELLL WE HAVE KNOWN ABOUT THIS STUFF FOR MANY YEARS (ME PERSONALLY, SINCE AROUND 1986 OR SO....WORSE THING IS: WE COULD BE HEADED FOR EVEN SOMETHING "WORSE THAN SKYNET" BECAUSE, PEOPLE HAVE BEGAN TO DO "CHIPPING", MEANING PUTTING "MICRO-CHIPS" UNDER THEIR SKIN, WHICH ACT AS "FOR INSTANCE OFFICE BUILDING(S) SECURITY ENTRANCE BADGES" AND "MEDICAL RECORDS CHIPS", AND ETC... SO, PUTTING THOSE INTO "THE CLOUD" AND UTILIZING "A.I." AND HAVING "SKYNET" GO HAYWIRE, WILL "NOT" BE GOOD...LASTLY "A.I." MURDERED THOSE PEOPLE With hundreds dead, the popular 737 Max jet remains grounded as investigators examine how an automated system on the planes contributed to the crashes. ITS A LOT MORE COMPLICATED TO EXPLAIN; BUT "IN SHORT"= THE A.I./AUTO-PILOTING CONTROL SYSTEMS, WENT CRAZY AND WOULD NOT ALLOW THE PILOTS TO "OVERRIDE" THE AUTOMATIC FLIGHT SYSTEMS, AND "TERMINATOR" KEPT TELLING THE PLANS TO "DIVE" HEAD 1ST, AND THE PILOTS HAD "NOT" EVEN BEEN PROPERLY TRAINED, ON THE SYSTEMS. THE CEO OF BOEING, STEPPED DOWN TO A BIG OLD FAT SEVERANCE PACKAGE, REWARDED FOR "IGNORANCE"...REMEMBER THE MOVIE; "I-ROBOT" AND THERE ARE OTHERS, THAT GIVE US SOME "INSIGHT" INTO HOW A.I. AND PUTTING FLIGHT AND ALL KINDS OF "HUMANITY" INTO "MACHINES" CONTROL, AND MACHINES CAN "THINK AND REACT" FASTER THAN "BLA, BLA, BLA/PER SECONDS" FASTER THAN US HUMANS...THATS MY SPILL/RANT/QUESTIONS; AND I STICK TO IT!!
