Vanilla Tirisfal Glades - Music & Ambience (1 hour, 4K, World of Warcraft Classic)

Dear viewer, I present you 1 hour of music and ambience video from World of Warcraft Vanilla Tirisfal Glades, part of the starting area of the undead race. You will be able to find see and listen the pre-Cataclysm atmosphere together with the original Tirisfal Glades music which includes the tracks from the Undead Tavern in Brill (Gallows' End) and Evil Forest Day & Night by Jason Hayes.

On the northern coast of Lordaeron lies the eerie Tirisfal Glades. The unofficial kingdom to the Forsaken, servants of the Banshee Queen Sylvanas Windrunner, the wooded hills are seeped through with the curse of the Lich King's plague. The sky over Tirisfal is eternally gloomy and tinted a blighted green, and the trees and other flora desperately cling to their last shreds of life.
Although tainted and melancholy, Tirisfal still very much has its own unique, haunting beauty, particularly in such areas as the stony North Coast, the village of Brill, and the deep atmosphere of the ruined Agamand Mills.

Tirisfal Glades is home not only to the Forsaken, but to their enemies as well. The Scarlet Crusade has several outposts here, including the seat of their religious faith, the Scarlet Monastery. The minions of the Scourge are also ever present, tainting the derelict farmsteads and dilapidated mills with their foul presence.

People say the first Horde dungeon is Ragefire Chasm. Wrong. The first dungeon was that fucking family mill/crypt thing. I think our group was 4 plus another group of 3 trying to clear that place and still felt creepy as fuck.

Finally, the Brill Inn is back the way it should be. No offense to The Forsaken architecture, but I loved the decrepit human structures. They were a constant reminder of what the Forsaken once were, but will never be again.

Forsaken Lordaeron is THE most atmospheric location in the history of gaming. A perfect storm of ambience, lore, and mystery. It's mindblowing.

I’m an Alliance player but the Undead are my favorite Horde race and I think their starting zone is the best in the game. The atmosphere is incredible. Every so often I’ll level a new character just to experience the music and overall vibe again.

Leveling up a low level toon in this area was scary....being on the edge of your seat with this music in the back ground. Getting aggro here was like walking into a haunted house 24/7 lol

Tirisfal Glades: You've just crawled out of the grave as an undead monster, the mortal life you've known is forever gone, everyone you knew is dead and/or a mindless zombie that you must kill, the land you grew up in is blighted and horrific, the living view you as an abomination and want to kill you for existing, you're indebted to a banshee queen that's using you, and your only purpose is a lifelong vendetta/pilgrimage to destroy the lich king who did this to you

Some random memories I got from the music: I was there! 3000 years ago, I remember! It started in Deathknell early 2005, but I did not get hooked right away. I think it was because of my brother who introduced me to WoW and then "boosted" me in the starting zone killing everything in an instant and rushing the quests so quickly. I did not really understand what was going on and what was the point of this. A week later I was a bit bored and I remembered this weird new game my brother introduced me so I logged in, this time alone. Now I had to read the quests through and boy it felt a bit tedious, but I started to like it! I did not know about Thottbot, and Wowhead did not exist back then, so it was a must to navigate thru Azeroth based solely on the quest. Go Northeast of this and Southwest of that. Damn it was really satisfying to find the location of the on going quest! I got 2x characters to level 60, alliance and horde, so I got to enjoy both sides. I still play retail every now and then. Thanks for the upload!
