You really need to educate yourself on the product you are trying to sell. All of your verbiage is off in this video and the tow specs you state are incorrect for the truck you're talking about. The specs you mention are for the 3500 dually series, not the single wheel 2500.

Is there a difference in the ride between the SLT, Denali and AT4?
Is the suspension different on them?

the X31 is pointless on HD are garbage but this pkg gives you a 2 spd transfer case on come with it standard without do get hill descent which could be usefull but the shocks are some bilsteins or eibachs
