Lower the suspension to very low in the garage and try your best to avoid parking under the beams.

Ok try getting the kids out with regular doors in a tight spot. That happens way more often than with a low ceiling.

This is the equivalent of parking too close to a vehicle, then complaining that your car door won't open very wide. If the falcon doors are a problem for your needs go with the model Y instead.

Not a mom, but if you get into an accident and lose all battery power, there are manual releases for all the doors. Driver and front passenger have a handle you can pull up infront of the window switches, and the Falcon Wing Doors have a silver metal string under the speaker cover. Pop off the speaker cover (Its easy and designed to come on and off, so you can train your kids later) and pull the string. The door is HEAVY but you dont have to open it very high, and they stay in place after opening. There are a lot of videos on Youtube for visual instructions.

For the mx you can take off the speaker cover on the door for the falcon doors and there is a pull string

In the carpark - you are parked under a low beam that restricts the door opening, so you would not park in that spot. Also accidents are Teslas strong point - their software can help prevent an accident, and if one takes place you are in one of the safest and strongest cars that will reduce the impact. In the future widespread FSD can reduce the accident rate for most cars.

The falcon doors on the x I just test drove hit people standing next to them and didn’t sense anything properly. Ridiculous
