Absolutely poor engineering design on this filter placement. I don't think they could have made it more complicated for such a simple process.

Replaced with an OEM filter. Start to finish 45 minutes. Clear instructions. Its dark under there so a light is helpful, esp for these 71 Y O eyes. A helpful hint: when inserting the new filter I found squishing it a bit like an accordion and pushing made things easier.
I also knelt on a cushion outside the car. That gave a bit clearer vision for the organ replacement. Both the Dr and patient survived!

For all the people struggling to remove the fuse box. On the top of the box on the left side, there is a long flat surface. Just press it with your finger, and the fuse box is unlocked.

Thanks for your reply. I can confirm that access is gained from the passenger side on right hand drive vehicles also. Method is exactly the same .My R Lux Design had a plastic panel on the side of the tunnel which simply pulled off before the carpet could be pulled back. Thanks for the video

I did it! Wow! Getting that fuse box off is crazy hard. I video makes it look too easy to remove. I had to pull so hard I thought it was going to break!

This is a 5, 6 min job, when you know what you're doing. Just follow the video, pres that tab on the top left side and pull towards yourself because the bottom pins are not secured like the uper one. I managed to insert the filter even faster.

If you cannot jack your car up, don’t try to do it yourself ! I just spent 1 hr to replace it whereas the video shows only 5mins of work !
