No fast food burger is healthy, but in a clinch, I would lean toward the Whopper. It really tastes like it was flamed broiled. Having worked a BK in college, I know the patties are fed onto a conveyer into a broiler that torched them on both sides, allowing much of the fat to drip away. When you get one fresh (most likely during a busy period) it will taste just fine, and be made with fresh veggies.
