Got mine today, ordered on the Puma Online Store. Probably the most comfortable Speedboot I've ever worn, they seem pretty great.

I am an old guy who has always worn leather boots. I grabbed a pair of Ultras because winter here has been super wet. I like the touch and feel of the upper.

Hi some useful info for the readers : I ordered the 2.1s and 3.1s to see the difference and comfort for my 8year old boy in size 1. Firstly they are both amazing boots - 2.1 weighed 180g, 3.1 weighed 184g ... not much different. 2.1 was much more comfortable though and he preferred them

Great review! Very detailed review. Brilliant stuff. I think that Puma put that Grip element is definitely for durability, they just want to admit it.

The lace loops worried me at first but if those are Kevlar yarns it probably won't be an issue. The tensile strength should be excellent.

I like that they didn't just make a Merc clone. A wider fit speed boot surely will have an audience. I'll be giving this a try at some point!

Been waiting for this review!
Really can’t decide between these or the Adidas X Ghosted.

Fantastic review, James. And fantastic name, too! When are you going to make a guest appearance on the boot nerds podcast?! Also, why are you based in Copenhagen?

Really detailed review love it keep it up! Wondering if you would be able to do a review of the Morelia Neo 3 Beta Elite (Not the MIJ version), could be a hidden gem at its price point?

Hii James, nice review as always. Little disappointed that it is wider. Also, the lace loop concept looks really cool and unique. What do you think about the hold that you get from doing it this way?

Expand the coverage of the GCP coating, and lower the volume (especially toebox), and I'd snap these up!

Do you preferer lotto solista 200 or puma ultra 1.1?

Hey James, bought these in a UK 8, the left boot fits perfectly but the right boot (my dominant foot) is a bit more spacious. I'm wondering if I should get a 7.5 just so that my right foot fits better. I'm a bit afraid that my left will be too tight. I also had the future 5.1's in a 7.5 and they felt perfect. What do you think?

Between these and the future 6.1, which one is wider/ better for wide feet?

I play centre back would you recommend these boots or what other boots would you suggest

I bought the Future 5.1 and decided on size 10 UK but whilst the midfoot is suprt tight the room in the toe box and length I think is too much. I just have a super wide mid-foot. In your opinion should I get a 9 or 9.5 UK in the Ultra? Also the Future 5.1 I bought was in the MG stud pattern not sure if that affects the wideness of the soleplate or anything compared to FG/AG. I thought I would use the Future on Astro and the Ultra on grass. Any advice would be greatly appreciated
