To all the elderly and disabled on Social Security. Most likely you wont qualify again. Last time the governor did his stimulus, he required you have an EITC. So an elderly that only has social security to live gets no help. But you can be a non-citizen and put a dollar earned and get it.

So what about people like me who emptied my bank. My life savings went to pay all the family’s bills . Do I still get money to reimburse the money I had to pay ?that no one else did.
