Testing the Hannover superbattleship secondary guns at maximum reload speed on Satsuma in the Arms Race game mod.

After 40 seconds of the activation, the Satsuma has been succesfully sunk.

I made the test in the Arms Race game mod, which provived me an additional 30% of reload speed reduction. With the activation of the Hannover's combat instruction, which 20% reduce the reload speed, the final number was 50% altogether.
