one of our walkie-talkie screens is locked and we can't change the channel. on the screen shows the key icon and can't be changed with any button
do you have any idea what I should do
of course it is not connecting to the other one

So I just brought these and for some reason, the one walkie-talkie is frozen on the screen and I can’t seem to shut it off. The only I can shut off the one, is taking that battery out
