wow...that's me I have two bad knees, had arthroscopy on both and that has been years ago. yes, you are right sometimes there are flare ups. I know what I can and can't do. when they act up I use my bio-freeze and heating pad. I walk at least 30 minutes and swim. I can also bend and straighten my knees. Last time I went to the doctor, she said usually when a patient comes in with your knees they are using a walker. I read an article that they really don't know why some people can tolerate it more than others. I really enjoy your channel, thank you

I have subscribed your channel quite sometime now and find it very useful. I had a partial KR in July 2024 and have a query. Are there any exercises that I should not be doing? I normally do extensions, bending, chair sit ups. Any advise pls?
