Umm that’s not looking right. Pretty sure it’s: Deadlift, row, clean, front squat, press, back squat, press, repeat. But I anyway there’s probably a million versions. I still like it but just seems to be missing key moves

WTF?! ahhhh NO.

5 Rounds:
7 Reps of;
1 Power Clean
1 Front Squat
1 Push Press
1 Back Squat
1 Push Press

No putting the bar down during 7 reps
Pause between each movement
Increase weight each Round

Come'on guys seriously...its a barbell complex. each move is
seperate
