Bro 13.0 is insane. Between 3.0 and 5.7 BR there is a ~ 120mph difference with no change in guns and slightly better turn performance. From 10.3 to 13.0 you're talking 700-1100 mph difference with MASSIVE increases in weapons systems and insane amounts of turn performance gains. The BR compression is simply unplayable and frustrating
