I'm not even a Jays fan but I still tear up every time I hear "Touch them all Joe! You'll never hit a bigger home run in your life!"
It's literally what every young ball player fantasized about growing up - winning the World Series on a walk off Home Run. The pinnacle of baseball.
What a legendary call by Tom Cheek

the Bote slam will forever live rent free in my head. From the swing, to the bat flip, the call and then the airplane celebration the whole moment is so electric 🔥

“He has not hit a home run”

Gotta love Jim Thomes parents reaction
Mom: "he did it!" 🫢
Dad: "that's my boy"
As they celebrate. What a great moment to have

David Freese and the 2011 Cards were the best postseason journey I have ever seen

I absolutely feel the love from Harper sprinting around the bases to share his love with his teammates.

The David Freese one is the best. Down to two strikes and the game on the line twice. Epic moment.

I remember watching Kirk Gibson smash that home run and shocking Dennis Eckersley who was like the Mariano Rivera of his day. No one thought Gibby would even be available, and when Vin Scully said on the TV that he was nowhere to be found, he got up, told Tommy Lasorda that he was available to pinch-hit, and started taking practice swings. Gibby had injuries in both legs at this point, so he couldn't really step forward or push off during his swing without a lot of pain, and it's why he was jogging in such a janky way when he was rounding the bases. The play was one of Tommy's biggest "go big or go home" gambles, and the payoff is one reason why baseball endures in this continent: One swing of the bat can change everything.

Game 6 of the Cardinals-Rangers World Series was the best game I’ve ever witnessed in the history of the game.

As a Toronto Blue Jays fan, the Joe Carter home run will always be the most epic home run to me.

As a person who works as an on-air personality for my living, I think it's so damn cool that when David Freese hit that Game 6 walk-off in 2011 and said "We will see you tomorrow night!" it was almost exactly 20 years prior that his dad, Jack Buck, called Kirby Puckett's Game 6 walk-off with those same words.

0:09 will never stop giving me chills that hit sounded so nice

I think that Freese HR was iconic not because he hit it, but because of that triple he hit a couple innings earlier. The Gibby HR is simply legendary.

I was expecting the Chris Chambliss 1976 ALCS game 5 walk off. How can that be not in the list? The whole stadium ran into the field !

Thank god the Rangers won this year, now I can watch David Freese without a pit in my stomach

0:35 I like how he says Benson hasn’t hit a home run in MLB but then he proceeds to hit his first homer
