Try looking for some low MOQ clothing manufacturers in your local area. Should be able to get t's for $5-6 and hoodies for $10-15 this should really help with your margin.

What you could even do is invest say $100 bucks in a decent graphic designer get some sick mock ups & then promote a pre order in your vids. You then only have to purchase as many units as you sell from a manufacturer.

I think a lot of your audience is going to be a lot more incentivized to buy from a 'legit' clothing brand which holds stock and has bespoke designs as opposed to a dropshipping POD clothing.
