THIS guitar pedal changed my mind on amps sims.

this pedal fixes the things I hate about amp sims, which is the dry, uncolored DI, the distortion characteristics and the saturated feel.

side tips in this video: Try using a marshall and mesa type of combination, the marshall provides the crunchy mids and the mesa does the scoop. In my case I used a bogner xtc and randall T2. it's the hetfield/bob rock technique they used on the black album, the fit into each other like EQ Tetris.
