Reducing GTA Online Loading Times - Comparison! (GTAO_Booster)

This is for the Steam version 2215/1.53.

Take note, when you choose to test this, you do so at your own risk.

For reference, I'm running GTA V on SSD.

I decided to not provide the download for the GTAO_Booster dll here, since Rockstar could fix it very soon. I hope :)

Might have to wait a few seconds before injecting - the game needs to deobfuscate some parts of itself.

This definitely should be shared as much as possible to get people know, that fix can be done by R* very easily, so they will be pushed more to actually fix it!

So it's March 16 GMT+8 and Rockstar Games patched the game on Steam and I'm assuming that the patch was for this. The patch was around 363MB and I tested it today booting online from the story mode and voila it instantly loaded the online portion in just a minute. I also tested it from launching the game on steam directly to online mode (no menu) and it loaded in 1 minute 32 seconds.


Note: The game is installed on a SSD and NAT Type is Open and UPnP is enabled.

I assume you have a 4 core cpu since the loading time was exactly four times shorter.

Hey can you test when finishing a heist setup or the main heist is the loading faster? Those usually also take long time.

on my old pc it saves 5 minutes loading time!
(just takes 30seconds to load)
