DJI Osmo Pocket 3 + Portable Electric Dolly

Just a quick one today to feed my curiosity. I've been contemplating this concept of a portable electric dolly coupled with the brand new DJI Pocket 3. I was wondering if this setup would work to make it look like you have a second cameraperson. Hope this helps feed your curiosity as well. Cheers!

It’s a great idea. A bit wobbly and it hardly moves. I wonder it would do it with a bigger motorized dolly or on top of a miniature train over train tracks. Give it a shot 👍🏻👍🏻

Very cool idea. Probably better to put the Dolly on the wall, a bit dicey I know, but far more stable. I guess each case and situation will be different but I like the thought process.

I have one of those Neewer sliders. Works pretty good for closeups of small objects. Mine came with a remote controller which is pretty handy. Unfortunately, I seem to have misplaced it. The hunt goes on.

I would rig longer poly urethane wheels on it to help with the wobble but this is a fantastic idea

Great idea, just needs a larger faster dolly. Something like vacuum robot might work.

Pretty interesting idea. Can't wait to get mine. I lug around the RS3 pro and a Fujifilm T4. This will be so much lighter for long or quick shoots
