US Sec of State recently stated that the US will "use of nuclear weapons in extreme circumstances to defend vital interests of the United States, its allies and partners" which is subjective and according to their own interpretation of what is extreme and vital interests. China has 700 warheads in stockpile and the US. nearly 5.5 times more at 3, 800 warheads . What an irony of this US accusation about the threat of nuclear weapons by China.
