My only trepidation Denise, re the cave would be whether the stone steps would be slippery when damp....and what a tremendous fall a slip could make ... Would handrails be a consideration...

Just beautiful and something to be proud of and congratulations on your achievement. Just something to note for safety, there is no handrail for going down into the spa pool of for getting out of it. If some is not sturdy on their feet it could be a bit of a disaster, a nice one in brass would go beautifully, polished or mat. Currently as things stand it would not meet code in Australia.
