Binz is so playful. It feels like home. I'm surprised you didn't like it, but I see why. It's not deep or anything you'd "expect" from Solange. This album isn't as grand of a statement as "A Seat at the Table", it's more of a curated palette of sounds. A showcase of the "things she imagined".

Whole-heartedly agree with this. Didn’t quite enjoy this as much as I wanted to. Coming from someone who did love A Seat at the Table. It’s just not quite as fulfilling for me personally.
