Back at it with a new take on my "worth it" series but this time on my other favorite thing... mods! We all want to do it and often times over do it. So where is the sweet spot? Let's find out.

We are using my favorite car, the Porsche GT3RS but the theory should apply to all.

You should definitely re-try the 3 dyno runs, now that the stock gt3-rs is fixed! Make it a follow-up video, just for comparison under the same conditions. For science's sake. Nevertheless. Still a fun series though, excited to see what will the next set of cars will be!

To be clear, the revised stock dyno results show that the bolt-ons only add a 12whp gain for 30g's? Ouch.

My ISF makes 432whp from a 5.0 v8 with headers and an catback. Porsche shows why it is the best in the game when they are getting such good numbers from less.

Vin any chance of getting a bolt on boi project going? Would like to see your process in picking a model with good inventory and lots of aftermarket support. Actually selecting a car that’s a good candidate for bolt on mods, with just routine servicing on the drivetrain. Also how you go about selecting which bolt on mods to buy.
