I Spent 7 Days on 'The Love Boat' Cruise | Enchanted Princess

When we booked our cruise on Enchanted Princess, I wasn't sure what this cruise would really be like. After all, this was the biggest theme cruise at sea, with over 3400 huge cruise fans!

We were onboard Enchanted Princess for a 7 day Canada New England cruise with the cast of the hit TV show, The Love Boat. This Love Boat themed cruise is the 2nd one for Princess Cruises. This Love Boat cruise included special events featuring the original cast of The Love Boat.

Although I've been on about 40 cruises, I've never been on a cruise like this! In this video I share a cruise review of Enchanted Princess, from activities, to entertainment to dining on the cruise ship.

I love your channel! Love Boat was my favorite show growing up! This cruise would be a DREAM for me! And we are now booked for the 2025 one! My fav character was Gopher. I had a BIG crush! I had a story in my head for the show for years, and then 40 years later I became a published writer and wrote it into a book just last year. So when I heard about the 2025 cruise, I jumped at the chance! I had dedicated my book to Gavin and Fred. I really hope I can give the book to Fred on the cruise. I’ve been on 39 cruise with Princess, although I’ve not been on the newer ships, I enjoyed hearing your comments & look 👀 forward to hearing more about your cruise. I just finished a Alaska Cruise on the Crown Princess & was found everywhere on the ship dancing & for my 1st time I was called “The Dancing King” & to my surprise other women were asking me to dance with them. On one night I was dancing in the pizza alone & 15 ladies formed a circle around me with myself in the center & one by one they came to dance with me. Life can’t get any better.

My husband and I were on the Love Boat cruise too. The question and answer with the cast was so fun. The activities were fun to see. We wanted to say hi but never found a good opportunity. It was fun seeing you and we have been enjoying your videos for many years now!

This sounds amazing!!! I grew up with The Love Boat, I think that’s why I’ve always wanted to go on a cruise. I love the fact that you could renew your vows, that’s something I would love to do with my husband, we just celebrated our 30th this past year.

My wife and I were on the Love Boat cruise and agree that it was amazing. My favorite moment of the cruise was in the cast Q&A when Bernie gave us a line, in character, from Siegfried (this is KAOS, we don't shush here). Any Love Boat fan should book next November (we can't make the date work).

The best cannoli's I have ever tasted was in little Italy in Boston.The place was called Bova's Bakery. They beat out Mike's Pastry. There's a video on youtube that talks about this bakery. They've had a contest on both. Bova's florentine cannolis were the best. Next time you're in Boston you have to try them. A plus all the way!❤

Ilana, congratulations 🎊. I hope it was a thrilling time for you. I hope i see you on one of our ships. I was fortunate enough to work on the Pacific Princess on the 50th anniversary cruise in 2015.The same itinerary as the first cruise on the original Pacific Princess. The Love Boat cast was on as well as Jack Jones who sang the Love Boat theme and Jeraldine Saunders who was the first female cruise director and wrote the book The Love Boats on which the show was based. I would have worked for free on that cruise.
I am tall blonde and work in the Hotel Department. Do you like wine? If i see you onboard because you sail Princess a lot I will comp you a few bottles.
You do a great job and you are very fair and objective.
Its very sad about Captain Stubing passing. Gopher Burl Smith was my role model.and when i became Chief Purser i felt that i had achieved what he achieved. I have lots of photos of everyone and they as well as the Pacific Princess will live in my heart forever. Sorry for the emotion.

Love Boat with a group cruise. I was on a previous Love Boat in October 2022 aboard the Discovery Princess to the Mexican Riviera. On that cruise was also “Julie” (Lauren Tewes) who was not on your cruise unfortunately.

I am definitely envious - I'm actually watching Love Boat in the background as I type this! Sounds like it was a blast. We were on the Symphony of the Seas last week with some friends from Ireland that we hadn't seen in 40 years, so at least we had a decent excuse for not booking this theme cruise. I've watched every Love Boat episode so many times that I can recite the dialogue...
