good list with some nice variety of builds in there!

For people thinking about playing RF please only play Chieftain and dont look at the other 2. They are just much worse compared to Chieftain ^^
Chief is much easier to get insanely tanky on a budget (literally 90 max res on day 1-2) and since 99% of your damage comes from explosions + ignite prolif you dont need a lot of damage at all to do really juicy endgame content.
If RF is played as Chieftain it becomes one of the best builds to do content like expedition, blight, harvest, delve (not deep delve), harbinger, etc. especially at a budget.
For 30-50c budget you can clear t16 oppenheimer expeditions in a 5-10seconds. It its literally impossible for jugg or inquis to compete with that even at multiple divine budget.

Do note that the single target damage is pretty ass on lower budget tho. You can facetank every eater attack on 30c budget but the kill will take a few minutes ^^ Completely fine to get your 4 voidstones but you should not plan to do bossing content with an RF build
