Thats gotta be one of the very few race cars that doesn't sound any better than the road car. Not because this doesn't sound good, but because the road version sounds so awesome! But hey, of course it does, Yamaha helped make the engine and exhaust system!

Apparently Lexus built a GTE-spec LFA which never raced. Imagine a V10-powered LFA at Le Mans!

Alot may not realise that this is a restricted race car rev and HP.

Rev limited to 7500 rpm and HP 490 and change as per class rule for the Ring 24 hour.

If you wanted to hear the true howl unrestricted the rev limiter and it’ll happily rev to the fuel cut at 9500 rpm.

2009 it was the loudest at the Nürburgring. Since 2010 it became more quiet
