Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 Review

The Samsung Galaxy Book 2 Pro 360 is the 2022 edition of Samsung’s 360 degree convertible ultrabook, once again available in 13.3” and 15.6” sizes. Both have excellent OLED display, Intel 12th gen processors, a Wacom EMR S Pen included in the box and a premium aluminum casing. We look at the larger model, which is exceptionally light and thin despite its size. The laptop is great for drawing and painting as well as photo editing. It has Wi-Fi 6E, a fingerprint scanner, the usual 1mm low travel keyboard, AKG stereo speakers, Thunderbolt 4 and USB-C plus a microSD card slot but no USB-A ports.

just got this laptop in the 13 inch core i7 model. cant really decide if i like it or not, fan noise can get pretty uncomfortable sometimes, and it still gets weirdly hot doing basic things. the battery life is just kinda okay. thinking about returning it and getting a surface pro 8 though, probably has about the same battery life, as well as a better screen, aspect ratio, and possibly less fan noise.

I have the predecessor, the Flex 2 Pro, and I love it.

At home I use an external GPU through the Thunderbolt port as well, so I have a portable machine that works for heavier use when docked at home.

Delta E <1 for most of the colors is pretty dang good. Not a spec most people care about, but essential for creative professionals.

I hear ya Lisa, about PCIE 3 being used on the SSD. I think you're 100% right that people won't notice. I mean anyone using this laptop won't be working with large computations or large datasets.

Sorry, but you have to get your facts together before repeating again and again, Samsung would copy Apple.
With Link to Windows but also alternatively with Dex for Windows you have been able to use your mouse and keyboard on both smartphone and notebook for years. The same applies to copying files directly between your smartphone and Windows device via drag and drop. All years before Apple offered that gimmicky feature for typing in iPad using your Mac which is unlike Link to Windows and Dex for Windows a real gimick.
Can you please try to just make a review without mentioning Apple? Should you want to do it, please be correct. Also that "Auto-framing" feature is older than Center-stage.
Usually, you are doing good reviews, but that Apple-centric view of the world including offering "alternative facts" is just annoying. There is no need for you to do that.

Hey Lisa, You don't need high resolution with top of the line Oled panels. The Galaxy book2 pro is the most beautiful display I have ever seen. and I have had tons of laptops over the years with 4k oled panels and this is not one of the bes, t it is the best with only 1920x1080 resolution. I just can't stop looking at viedos, and I also have the HP spectre with 3.5k Oled panel, but Samsung has it beat
