Good initiative. Thanks for the videos. May be one video on, if someone wants to renew his loan after 5 years, what factors one should keep in mind when looking out for another financial institution?

Hi Axel,
Could you make a video explaining whether it's possible to buy a second or third property while using your first property as collateral and you also bring 10-20% as downpayment? If the rent from one property covers its mortgage this should be theoretically possible right.

Great! One clarity normal when looking around for a property in Germany.
The scenario is always never good, for instance:
You buy a property with mortgage and you pay lets say 1000€ monthly but what we get on rental is only 500€ - where am I going to gain value in this investment? also the remaining 500€ is my share to the bank from my own equity.

Could you guide me here?

This is exactly what I was looking for. Thanks for the info, but I have a question. I don't make very much money and if I'm lucky I have around 300-500 euros at the end of the month after all is paid.

I've tried applying for loans but I'm always denied, despite my schufa being above 90. I think it's because I'm not a permanent resident.

Is there a way to invest with little money? Example usa has something called REIT and anyone can invest any amount and get dividends returned. Does germnay have anything similar?

Thank U 4 the inf. Just want 2 know if some one wants 2 invest (buy, renovate and sell it) how difficult is the process? I heard it is really difficult and some times takes more than 3-6 months only 4 a single permit! where an investor has 2 buy and renovate it less than a month (of course depends on the project). please let me know is it a good idea 2 invest in real state in Germany? imagine U don't need a loan all U can pay cash then what?
