For being stock the low rpm grunt to crawl through slow sections is impressive, no tire spin to rip up trails and dig holes when hitting obstacles, very nice.

I have a 23 Husky te300 that I thought was my favorite bike until I picked up a 24 KTM 300 XC-W. I LOVE the low mellow grunt down low on the KTM. Definitely more my style.

I don't understand when people complain about the suspension being too stiff, as if the manufacturer knew the weight of the person buying the bike. When my 250 lbs gets on a stock bike it never feels to stiff, Haha!

I have a '17 TX300 and I put an external adjuster on the shock on the hi speed. It gives me about a half turn to play with while on the trail without any tools. I have found the HS circuit is the best tuner for trail changes. I won't even ride without a steering stabilizer. Makes rocks disappear.

I think you misspoke. You said you wanted to add high speed compression, then later said you moved 1/2 turn counterclockwise. Adding high speed compression would require turning it in clockwise, wouldn’t it?

You need to get the burly handguards with the beefy mount I like it better than wrap arounds with the little flexibly they bounce off trees . When the bike bounces off trees it not hard like wrap arounds . . I like them over wrap arounds now

Please get yourself a modern action camera. Camera angle too low, POV not wide enough, stabilization lacking and colors are dull on the Sony.
