Thanks for clarified how important Calendar is. And that all my tools are just tools, and what really matter is doing stuff. I was prisoner of my tools and trash projects etc. I really love how simple it is now. Daily planning and weekly planning is very fast. It's now process i like very much. I really feel prepared for every day of new week.

I’ve been using the Time Sector system in Todoist pretty much since you introduced it. For my work it makes so much more sense to organize my tasks by when they need to be done than by project, and making that change has made my review process a lot easier while making sure I always know what’s coming up and never miss anything. Thanks so much!

Hey Carl, I did the time sector course but I've been using the time sector system in Todoist for around a year I think. It has honestly been a game changer for me. I was a full on GTD person and I used to spend an hour a day doing daily reviews and 2 hours on a Sunday doing a weekly review. Now my daily review takes 5 minutes and the weekly review takes half an hour. And guess what.... I never miss anything. The idea of separating work into different time sectors helps me be more realistic about what I can achieve in a week too. Thanks for everything on this. It really has revolutionised the way I run my whole life.
